Assalamualaikum readers. Hehehe.  Today I want to talk and discuss about Competitive Advantages.

Sounds like macam pernah dengar kan ?  Ok. Nak storymory sikit pasal competitive advantages ni.

WHAT IS COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES ?

A product or service that an organization’s customers place a greater value on than similar offerings from a competitor. Same like best value product.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES ARE VERY IMPORTANT ? WHY ??

It because organizations needs to survive and thrive an organization.

FIRST-MOVER ADVANTAGES known as leader in the market because they create and introduce the product. It occurs when an organization can significantly impact its market share by being first to market with a competitive advantage.

To watch the competition ,organizations use environmental scanning that is acquisition and analysis of events and trends in the environment external to an organization.

It’s very important to organization to develop competitive advantages. They develop competitive advantages by using three common pools consists of Porter’s Five Forces Model, Porter’s three generic  strategies and value chain.

PORTER’S FIVE FORCES MODEL

Determines the relative attractiveness of an industry.

THREE GENERIC STRATEGIES

Organizations typically follow one of Porter’s three generic strategies when entering new market.

VALUE CHAIN 

Views an organizations as a series of processes, each of which adds value to the product or service for each customer.

Competitive Advantages is important to company to compete with other market.

Chapter 1 : Business Driven Technology .

Hello dear friends ! We already finished Information Technology Chapter 1. It discussed about business driven technology. As we known IT stands for Information Technology. Information Technology is everywhere in business.With technology, it is convenient to access any information. For instance, today almost everyone use smartphone such as :

iPhone

                                                                                

                                 AND

Blackberry

This smartphone provide wifi and internet connection. So,directly their users can get the information they need without wasting their time to log on the computer which takes a long time. This is called technology. Technology makes people easy to communicate. IT is very important to business. With IT, business organization can access data, information and business intelligence such as Microsoft Excel.

Hmmmm, what is organizational information structure ? 

I'm sure that most of your face like that right ? HAHAHA.

 WHATTT ? WHAT ORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION STRUCTURE ? ? !

Errrrr, "Don't know Whatever Blah Blah and Blurrr ?"

Or maybe "OHHH, i know that while laying on your bed like this ?" 

OHH I KNOWW THAT ORGANIZATIONAL information STRUCTURE.

 SO GOODDD !

Never mind if you don't know that man !

OK. I will refresh your mind so you'll know about this. It plays very very very important role in determining how successfully it will share information. Do you know that culture will influence the way people use information *their information behaviour* and will reflect the importance that company leader attributes to the use of information in achieving success or avoiding failure

There are 3 types of organizational information cultures.Which are information functional culture. It means everyone has their own function. Sales department refuse to share information about their sales income with finance department. So, manager of finance department need the sales income information each time new sales income and strategy is developed. Other than that, there are also information-sharing culture which means every different department trust and share with each other. Another type of organizational information culture is information-inquiring culture. It means that every department in the business organization search for information they need that will lead them to latest trend and new direction. Lastly is information-discovery culture. It's about employees in all department are open to new insight and goal about the challenges and find initiative to create competitive advantage. 

The conclusion is the business success is depends on the people, information and information technology. If one fail then others will fail too. This quote is especially for you :)

 ASSALAMUALAIKUM

OK,hari ni aku baru buat blog. Actually, aku dah ada banyak blog, dalam 3 maybe ? Semuanya dah tak aktif and terlupe password. -.-' Aku memang pelupa. Agaknya dah terminum air semut ke ? Geli pulak laaa bila terbayangg. Yekkk !

Sekarang ni baru nak aktif berblogging sebab assignment aku pasal blog ! Blog ni santai and relax je.Tapi mula mula buat blog ni memang sumpah ten+sion. Tipu laaa sape yang tak tension tu. Maybe dengan adanya assignment berbentuk blog macam ni boleh memprokan sape sape yang buta IT ni. Orang yang dah memang biasa berblogging tak payah la nak fikir susah payah sangat macam assignment lain. Tak perlu pergi jauh semata mata nak dapatkan info. Dulu memang aku suka berblogging, suka sangat. Tapi after 2 years aku tak hadap blog ni memang aku dah lupo hampir semuanya lah. Buat blog ni kan,kita hanya perlu sit in front of computer and write anything wewant. Cecite la apa kau nak cerita especially pasal boyfriend/girlfriend kau ke, friendship, recipe,health,cosmetic and etc. Blog ni takde nak tetapkan syarat apa apa pon. You're free to write it. Dulu, aku buat blog sebab nak curahkan isi hati la. Not matured yet. HAHAHA. Blog aku zaman purba tu aku biar je la tidak diselenggara. Merepek je aku kat situ. Link blog tu pun dah lupa.Err. Sekarang ni, rasa cm nak kekalkan berblogging. InsyaAllah. Aku rasa aku banyak benda untuk disharekan. Tak banyak follower pun takpe. Sebenarnya kecewa la sebab sapa je yang sudi baca blog aku ni. Sedih tau !  Hehe.Buat blog ni bukan nak kejar populariti or glamour. Dunia semata mata lah semua tu, huhu. This is my own blog so aku tak kisah sape yg nak comment ke, kutuk ke blog aku. Blog kau pun entah apa apa nak kutuk blog orang kan. :D
